Description Of HDI PCB Printed Circuit Board
HDI: The full name of High Density Interconnection,HDI is one of the production of PCB, distribution density is higher, using micro blind/buried via technology. HDI board is a traditional double panel through continuous layer upon layer of pressure. This by way of continuous laminated boards are also known as laminated sandwich plate (the Build - up Multilayer, BUM). Compared with traditional circuit board, HDI board with "light, thin, short, small". Its board and electrical interconnection between layers is buried by through hole, buried hole and blind holes connection, its structure is different from ordinary multi-layer circuit board, HDI board of adopting micro buried blind holes.
