Description Of Electro-gold and Immersion Gold HDI Printed Circuit Board:
Electro-gold:
1. The wettability of electro-gold board and OSP is equivalent, and the wettability of electro-gold board and immersion tin board is the best among all PCB finishing;
2. The thickness of electric gold is much larger than that of chemical gold, but the flatness is not as good as chemical gold;
3. Electric gold is mainly used for gold fingers (wear-resistant), and it is also used as pads.
Immersion Gold:
1. The immersion gold plate will be golden yellow, and customers will be more satisfied.
2. The immersion gold plate is easier to weld, and will not cause customer complaints due to poor welding.
3. The immersion gold board only has nickel gold on the pad. In the skin effect, the signal transmission is on the copper layer and will not affect the signal quality.
