PCB Production Quality Control Measures:


1. Incoming Inspection: All incoming raw materials and components are inspected for quality and compliance with specifications before they are accepted for use in production；
2. AOI inspection (check whether the circuit is defective);
3. LDI solder mask alignment machine;
4. E-test (test electrical performance);
5. Automatic appearance detector;
6. FQC (visual inspection appearance)；
7. Package: Vacuum packaging, humidity cards and desiccant;
8. Shipment will provide solder samples, slice reports, test reports;
9. Non-Conforming Material Control: Any non-conforming material is identified, segregated, and dispositioned in accordance with our procedures to prevent its use in production;
10. Corrective Action: When quality issues are identified, we take prompt corrective action to address the issue and prevent it from recurring in the future.
