Description of PCBA Assembly Printed Circuit Board
PCBA is Printed Circuit Board +Assembly, PCBA is printed through PCB empty board SMT, and then through the whole process of DIP plug-in.
Both SMT and DIP are methods of integrating parts on PCB board. The main difference is that SMT does not need to drill holes on PCB. In DIP, PIN pins of parts need to be inserted into holes already drilled.
SMT(Surface Mounted Technology), the main use of the mounting machine is to mount some small parts on the PCB board, its production process is: PCB board positioning, printing solder paste, mounting machine, back welding furnace and made inspection.
DIP is a "plug-in", that is, insert parts into the PCB, which is some parts of large size and not suitable for mount technology in the form of plug-in integration parts. Its main production process is: stick back glue, plug-in, inspection, over wave soldering, brush plate and made inspection.
